the room was spacious. i appreciated the big windows. the staff provided really good service (especially with local recommendations). soft large towels were available for use.
the corridors and overall building quality felt quite poor upon arrival. i could hear noises from the rooms next door. this detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay.

the receptionist john was really helpful. he gave me good recommendations for restaurants. the communal areas had full facilities in the kitchen.
My room smelled like sewage when i didn't have the ac on. i'm assuming that came from the bathroom pipes. the building itself is a bit scary if you're traveling alone because there's not a lot of light on the staircases. Everything is tight

the room was spacious i found. it includes a large bed, very comfortable. there is a kitchen available and a fridge. there are restaurants near, bars and brunch places too, its very convenient.
the room wasnt cleaned to standard when i arrive. the rug had stains and looked dirty, this was my first impression. the bathroom need some cleaning, i saw mould and rust in the shower. the drain had a smell, i closed the window to block it but its noisy outside at night.

the location was very convenient to public transportation and some restaurants..
the noise from the corridor was quite disruptive, as i could clearly hear other guests returning late at night. the bathroom had drainage problems in both the sink and shower. i also spotted mold on the ceiling, concerning.

the room was spacious and bright, with a large, wide bed, very comfortable, i must say. a shared kitchen was conveniently located nearby, equipped with enough utensils. the staff was helpful and kept my luggage as needed. they promptly answered all my calls.

the room was spacious. it had a lot of natural light. the location is good (i walked to santos railway station in about 4 minutes). there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
the room smelled a little bit from plumbing. it took about a day to get rid of it.
